July 2005. There is a series of mysterious homicides happening in the blazing city, Tokyo. All the victims were women and the cause of their death was traumatic shocks. Judging from abnormality of these incidents, there are reasons to believe that they have something to do with the occult. In order to make clear the direction they should take, the metropolitan police department decided to carry out their investigations by engaging the help of those influential figures of the occult world.
